Thanks Susan for writing and keeping the interest up in the progress of the garden. I was nervous about adopting a crop for the first time as I am not much of a gardener but am greatly rewarded by all the help provided by everyone. It is very exciting to see the first cherry tomato and know I had a hand in creating it and hopefully many more to come.
The Community Giving Garden was planted on corporate property and is maintained by volunteers with the goal of growing and giving fresh vegetables to the families served by Eagan Lewis House and The Open Door Pantry.
