Happy Greens

All the rain may make the potatoes cranky, but boy, are the greens ever happy this year!

Our favorite easy recipe for spinach, kale, or chard:

1 or 2 bunches of greens

2 cloves of garlic

Olive oil

Sea salt

Slice garlic, sauté in olive oil, greens, stir till wilted and thoroughly warm. Remove, add salt to taste, and eat!
